Summer Housing @ WILG
Located conveniently between Central Square and Kendall Square, WILG offers quick access to the best of Cambridge and Boston. The 1 bus stops directly in front of the house. We have easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and MIT and Harvard campuses.
WILG has many amenities: a full commercial kitchen, a secondary kitchen on the fourth floor, ample appliances and dishware, wifi, cable TV, free laundry, a bike storage room, and an exercise room.
During the summer, WILG is open to people of all sexes and genders and non-MIT students as well. Join us!
For summer 2018, we will offer housing from Saturday, June 9th to Saturday, August 25th.

*A walk-through single is a room that someone must walk through to get to their room. Living in one of these is like having roommates, but you still get your own space.
Subletting is not allowed. These rates cannot be prorated unless another boarder has complementary summer plans and the arrangement is discussed with the summer housing chair in advance.
First, fill out an application.
Then, we’ll set up a tour of the house or an online interview if you’re not in the Boston area.
Decisions will be given on a rolling basis until the house is full, and you will have 2 weeks after you are notified to commit and submit a deposit (⅓ of the cost of the room).
Each person living at WILG will do a house or kitchen job each week to help keep the house clean and nice to live in. Each missed job results in a fine of $20.
Each person is required to sign a summer housing contract and submit a summer housing deposit (⅓ of the cost of the room) to secure their spot.
You can choose a roommate of any gender, but if you don’t have anyone in mind, we’ll only assign you a roommate of the same gender. Mention your prefered roommate in the housing application.
Sorry, we cannot allow pets. We also cannot guarantee parking spaces, but you can apply for an MIT parking permit.
